It was time for a little party again. This time it was held in Amsterdam, in the Rijksmuseum. Some new arrivals were introduced at this party, effectively being the beginning of the Coterie of the Nosferatu Stevan.

Rumors
Amsterdam didn't do a thing when Utrecht fell to the Sabbat. Why was this? Rumor goes that Amsterdam 'gave' Utrecht to the Sabbat, on the condition that they be left alone. Could this be part of a bigger Camarilla plan?
The garou in the area grow restless. Rivaling groups are at war for the same turf. Also, in Milan several victims were claimed in a vicious attack by garou. Ali, who visited Heemstede a year ago, perished in this attack.
Peter Fritzenklein has been praised all around for his steadfast attack on the Creep Show.
Café Lugosis in the Ridderstreet in Haarlem houses a lot of Vampire wannabees. There are a lot of these in Haarlem.
At a bookfair in Amsterdam ('Spui') a book is seen about a Haarlem Vampire. In this book, connections have been laid between this vampire and the poet and playwright Vondel.
The Creep Show (see Hunters Hunted) has opened it's doors again, and thrives. The concept of a horror nightclub is commercially very interesting. The director is probably paying her due in the protection money, so it's fairly quiet now.
Where the rumor comes from, no one knows, but in a psychology periodical there was an article about Gerrit. A lot of what it says is a breach of the masquerade.
What happened
After some politicing, Alexander chose Aalvar to be appointed to the position of scourge. The scourge will controll the borders of Amsterdam, especially for Sabbat incursions. If he finds Sabbat within the bouderies of the princedom, the scourge has to bring them before the prince. If they refuse, he is entitled to use force. It is an old office, and there is some opposition to the renewal of it.
Lucius was attacked in the middle of Elysium. He was attacked by a ghost of some kind, and suffered some wounds. He was ordered outside by Peter, and then got a little help in calming down from Anowan. After that, he was allowed in. No one else was attacked, but everyone was really scared.
A rumor was going round about a Vampire who had produced a child. The child was to be found in York, if the rumor is to be believed.
The Nosferatu Stevan from Haarlem got the post in the Primogen left by the recent demise of Willem Aardman.
