One of the Siebenbürgen, in what is also called Transsylvania. With slightly less than 300000 inhabitants, Brasov is not a very big city, but it serves as a regional center and an important tourist location. The ski resort Poiana atracts thousands of skiers every year. Furthermore, Brasov is the location of the Black Chruch.
Brasov plays an important role for the Coterie of Lucius, and Alexander Samplonius served as its Prince. The Coterie formed the only vampiric inhabitants of the city. The reason for this could be that its former inhabitants were wiped out by a mysterious blood disease. Also, the Black Church spreads some kind of holiness that repels or harms vampires.
