Vincenzo d'Aranjuez used to be a classical musician. In his time he was quite well known.
Times have changed however, and Vincenzo didn't like the new methods. In the early 20th century he found out about jazz, and it made a huge impression on him. He lived in the American south-east at the time, where jazz blended with local Cajun.
Now Vincenzo is one of the moving forces behind the Jazz behind the beach festival, the annual jazz event in Den Haag. He spends a lot of cash to get old and famous musicians from abroad. There is a rumor that he is looking for a child.
